Are you logging in all your food in a diary? Do you enjoy jotting down every bite you eat or are you having trouble being consistent? Do you think keeping a food diary is the key to successful weight loss? Why or why not?
I am trying to. No, I am not writting down every bite I eat and I should be.
No, I am not consistent, but I am trying to. I think it is helpful in that it will show me when I am emotionally eating. I have already seen that. And I have used it to stop emotionally eating. If there is other reasons for keeping a food diary, I would love to have someone tell me

I am a weight conscious person. I am not overweight but I would like to be slimmer. I would call myself plump. I constantly have to watch my diet otherwise I put on easily. But I don't have the discipline to jot down what I eat. I may be able to do it for a couple of days and after that I just cannot be bothered. Lazy me!
Wow, you are the first person I've seen with a spell checker for the comments! I am too lazy to write down what I eat, but I have been trying to watch it. I recently joined Curves and I really like it.

I use fitday to log my food. So far it has helped me to lose weight! Seeing what I have ate and seeing how many calories a meal is helps me.
